Your tasks
- Carry out service work on rolling stock and energy storage systems, following instructions and safety guidelines
- Work closely with customers and teams as the technical point of contact, ensuring high-quality service
- Provide routine maintenance and offer technical support on-site or remotely
- Travel for about 50 days domestically and 30 days internationally each year to assist customers directly
- Install and commission equipment, identify and analyze technical problems both remotely and on-site
- Advise customers on service solutions, following standard processes and safety rules
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering expert solutions
- Plan and coordinate specialist projects, making sure milestones and reviews are met
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and suggest ways to prevent issues from happening again
- Look for new ways to improve service applications, equipment, and methods
What you bring
- At least four years' experience in electrical work, testing, maintenance, or service, especially with power electronics or electrical vehicles
- Practical experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing power electronic products
- Willing and able to travel worldwide
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree as a technician or engineer in electrotechnics
- Fluent in German, French, and English
