In this role, you work on-site in Western Switzerland, making sure our customers' electrical systems stay reliable and safe. You build long-term relationships and play a key part in keeping important infrastructure running smoothly.
Your tasks
- Carry out maintenance, inspection, and repair work on low-voltage circuit breakers.
- Diagnose problems and fix equipment failures.
- Work directly with customers on-site, giving advice and preparing reports.
- Make sure all work meets high quality and safety standards.
- Create service reports and technical documents.
- Work closely with internal teams and share best practices.
- Analyze customer needs and find business opportunities.
What you bring
- Completed training as an electrician, electrical installer, or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in maintaining and servicing circuit breakers, with good knowledge of low-voltage technology and electrical engineering.
- Fluent in French; good English skills; German is a plus.
- Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel in Western Switzerland.
- Self-motivated, structured, and solution-focused with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in customer consulting and building relationships.
- Knowledge in preventing and optimizing system failures.
- Bonus: Extensive experience with ABB circuit breakers (Emax 2.2 – 2.6, Emax X1, New Emax, T‑Max series) and certifications or training on ABB products.
