This role is onsite in Schaffhausen, in the Electrification Business Area, and reports to the Production Supervisor.
Your tasks
- Manage capacities, resources, and team members during your shift to meet safety, quality, and production targets
- Act as the main contact for process questions and ensure everyone follows defined process standards
- Find ways to improve production processes and equipment, and solve technical, quality, and logistical challenges
- Motivate and develop your team, working closely with other support functions for smooth communication
What you bring
- Completed technical apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in production or related areas
- First leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production lines
- Experience with continuous improvement and Lean management methods (such as KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical and teamwork skills, resilience, and assertiveness
- Fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus
- Willing to work in shifts (currently 3-shift model, may include Saturdays)
- ERP knowledge (SAP)
