Tasks

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production and logistics team responsible for spare parts picking, packing and shipping, single-phase UPS order fulfillment, PCBA testing, field returns management, and subassembly production, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production, testing, and logistics operations to ensure on-time customer order fulfillment, compliance with service level agreements, and achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) objectives.
  • Manage subassembly manufacturing and field return activities, coordinating inspection, testing, rework, and disposition processes with Quality, Engineering, and Service teams to ensure product quality and compliance with manufacturing standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate inefficiencies, optimize workflows and layouts, increase productivity, and enhance overall operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or Production Coordinator.
  • Proven experience in leading production teams, managing daily operations, and achieving Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop people.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
