Your tasks
- Lead projects from order handover to delivery and close-out for medium voltage switchgear products
- Coordinate with factory project managers, engineering, production, and logistics to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Plan details, track progress, solve issues, and make sure milestones are met
- Manage project financials, risks, changes, and claims with internal partners
- Spot problems early and take action to fix them
- Close out projects by ensuring customer acceptance, complete documentation, and capturing lessons learned for future improvements
What you bring
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field, or higher professional education in engineering (e.g. Höhere Fachschule)
- Several years of hands-on experience managing or coordinating industrial customer projects, ideally with medium voltage switchgear or complex engineered products
- Practical experience using project management methods (like IPMA, PMP, or similar) in a delivery-focused setting
- Strong skills with MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and SAP
- Experience working with international factories and cross-functional teams
- Good at interface management, expediting, and problem solving
- Knowledge in contracts, change management, and claim handling
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
- Pragmatic, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
