Deine Tasks
- Support production lines as the first point of contact for quality issues.
- Track and record all non-conformities from production lines in a systematic way.
- Help improve key quality indicators, especially First Pass Yield (FPY) and the total cost of poor quality (COPQ).
- Report non-conformities to suppliers quickly and accurately.
- Check, implement, and keep improving quality controls to make products and processes better.
- Manage non-conforming product inventory and work to lower inventory levels.
Was du mitbringst
- Technical background in mechanics, electronics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of quality processes, problem-solving methods, and continuous improvement tools.
- Good communication and people skills to work with all levels in the company.
- Willingness to work shifts and extra hours when needed, and able to work well under pressure.
- Main language is Italian, written and spoken.
- English is a plus.
