Tasks
- Spend approximately 80% of your time on site with customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Advise customers on electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV) and present solutions tailored to their technical and business requirements.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our products, including improved energy efficiency and reduced CO₂ emissions.
- Build trust, identify key stakeholders, and strategically position our solutions.
- Monitor trends in the drives and motion industry and contribute innovative ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in sales, with strong knowledge of electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% field‑based).
- Strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
- Fluent in German and French.
