Your tasks
- Visit customers on site about 80% of the time to find new business partners and grow existing relationships.
- Advise customers on electric motors and variable frequency drives (low and medium voltage), matching solutions to their needs.
- Show the value of our products, focusing on energy efficiency and reducing CO₂ emissions.
- Build trust, identify key decision makers, and position our solutions strategically.
- Stay updated on market trends in drives and motion, and share new ideas.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree or technical training in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Several years of sales experience with strong knowledge of electric motors and variable frequency drives (low and medium voltage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel often (around 80% of the time in the field).
- Strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
- Fluent in German and French.
