Tasks
- Develop the Energy market by executing sales strategy to meet sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and complete winning bids, estimations, or quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budgets to meet market competitiveness and achieve high margins.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience and providing technical support during sales interactions.
- Enhance sales through strategic initiatives, value-based selling, target setting, and participation in contract negotiations.
- Manage the preparation of competitive bids and proposals, addressing technical, financial, and project aspects while identifying risks and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, efficient use of tools, accurate forecasting, and support for administrative and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- More than 8 years of experience in a related field such as bids and proposals, engineering in power generation or industry projects, or service.
- Previous experience in excitation, power electronics systems, protection, or synchronous generators is beneficial.
- Experience in system modelling or simulation is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong customer and internal relationships both locally and globally, with a willingness to work in diverse cultures and sectors.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or French is beneficial.
- Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide, with a travel commitment up to 15%.
