Your tasks

  • Drive sales of electrification, low voltage, and control products for the Swiss OEM market.
  • Manage existing accounts, find new customers, and work with marketing, technical support, and sales teams to develop sales plans and spot market opportunities.
  • Use your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions, focusing on digitalization, Industry 4.0, and energy efficiency.
  • Work closely with ABB distribution channels to improve the customer journey and keep accurate customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Grow your technical skills, watch market trends, and use different sales methods like value-based selling for business success.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong technical skills in low voltage products and a good understanding of the Swiss industry and automation.
  • Experience with CRM systems; knowledge of order development tools (ERP) is a plus.
  • Proven skills in building and keeping strong customer relationships with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  • Great written and spoken communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
  • A technical qualification, preferably a bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Valid Swiss driver’s license and work authorization in Switzerland.
