In this dynamic sales position, you will drive market development with switchgear manufacturers across the North-West region of German-speaking Switzerland, identifying market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and positioning our electrical power distribution solutions. Working collaboratively with internal teams, channel partners, and stakeholders, you'll contribute directly to sustainable business growth. This role is part of the Electrification, Smart Power division in Baden, Kanton Aargau. Work model: Hybrid.

Tasks

  • Achieve sales targets by identifying new market opportunities, building a sustainable sales pipeline in Salesforce, and developing targeted business strategies.
  • Guide customer projects from opportunity to completion, creating tailored technical and commercial solutions with internal teams and partners.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships by identifying customer needs, providing expert consulting, and delivering excellent service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders and manage professional sales processes, ensuring accurate communication on delivery times, terms, and contractual conditions.

Requirements

  • Several years of successful experience in technical or project sales, ideally in switchgear, power distribution, or building technology with a proven track record.
  • Technical background with relevant training or studies in electrical engineering and power distribution.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and communicate effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated strength in building sustainable client relationships with a partnership-focused approach.
  • Strategic consulting expertise on business models, market positioning, and differentiation.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach with strong prioritization and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Collaborative team player with professional communication skills and cross-departmental mindset.
  • Native German speaker; any additional language is a plus.
  • Valid Category B driving license and a valid Swiss work permit.
