Your tasks
- Use your creativity and technical knowledge to develop new and innovative solutions for high-performance miniature circuit breakers.
- Coordinate tasks with other departments to investigate problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations as a senior engineer or project manager.
- Analyze technical and economic aspects of proposed solutions to support decision-making.
- Proactively identify and execute tasks to improve operations, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop, plan, implement, and coordinate recommendations for studies to promote innovation.
- Represent the organization at international meetings and interact with customers to resolve key technical issues and develop action plans.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a development or design engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems of low-voltage products.
- Experience with design of mechanical and electrical interfaces.
- Experience with construction of plastic and metal parts.
- Knowledge of manual and automated assembly processes for components in low-voltage technology.
- Good understanding and proven experience with project management methodologies.
- Good knowledge of CAD software, preferably Solidworks.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with global suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering resources.
