Your tasks
- Lead proposals for consulting services and solutions to meet customer needs
- Negotiate contracts to secure consulting assignments
- Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
- Participate in customer discussions and prepare technical proposals
- Conduct techno-commercial negotiations and facilitate co-creation workshops
- Provide technical guidance to customers, utilities, and OEM teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical contacts
- Support ongoing technical knowledge exchange for collaboration
- Execute, supervise, and support onsite or remote commissioning, optimization, testing, and analysis of excitation systems
- Focus on power system stability and grid code compliance requirements
- Create high-quality technical documentation and reports
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field (PhD is an asset)
- 5-10 years of experience in power system analysis, grid integration studies, and dynamic simulation
- Strong background in synchronous machines and excitation systems
- Expertise in AVR/PSS modelling and grid compliance is highly desirable
- Proficient in at least two simulation tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD/EMTDC, DIgSILENT PowerFactory
- Experience using Python for simulation scripting and data processing
- Proven experience in transient stability studies, EMT simulations, FRT assessments, harmonic and RMS dynamic performance analyses, and eigenvalue analysis
- Fluent in English and ideally German
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
