Your tasks
- Lead the Service organization for ABB’s Critical Power Business Line and drive business performance.
- Put strategy into action and reach strong growth targets.
- Work as part of the local management team to execute the Service strategy.
- Make sure plans are followed in the Service organization by working with other teams.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are done on time, on budget, and with high quality using ABB service management frameworks.
- Work closely with Sales, Project Management, and other Business Line functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Critical Power regional service leaders and work closely with other ABB business lines and divisions.
- Be responsible for the health and safety of the local Service team and promote a safety and integrity culture in the Service organization.
What you bring
- Postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering with both commercial and technical leadership skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in the UPS and/or Data Center industry, especially with mission-critical segments like Data Centers, Semiconductor, Infrastructure, or Utilities, and responsibility for growing service revenue.
- Experience leading larger regional service organizations with a focus on profitable growth and margin improvement.
- Ability to engage and align stakeholders in complex organizations and turn global strategy into regional commercial plans.
- Strong background in electrical installation, UPS systems, and batteries with technical credibility.
- Deep understanding of industry regulations, customer buying behaviors, and global market trends. Skilled in using SAP and digital tools for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and customer solutions.
- Fluent in English.
