Your tasks
- Monitor and ensure safety guidelines and Code of Conduct are followed during your shift
- Support the Production Supervisor to make sure production activities run smoothly
- Give technical support to operators in the testing areas every day
- Act as the main point of contact for on-the-job training of production staff
- Be the first contact for operational issues and escalate when needed
- Take part in Level 1 Q Circles by gathering technical and quality issues and sharing them with supervisors
- Promote teamwork and good relationships in your area
- Help everyone understand and follow ABB’s core values, safety, and integrity standards
What you bring
- At least 2–3 years of experience in operations and coordination roles
- Experience in the electrical or electronic field
- Previous experience in team coordination is a plus
- Vocational school diploma or equivalent
- Good problem-solving skills
