Your tasks
- Watch and ensure everyone follows company safety rules and the Code of Conduct during your shift.
- Support the Production Supervisor to make sure all production activities are done right.
- Give technical help to testing operators while they work.
- Be the main person for on-the-job training for testing staff.
- Act as the first contact for work problems that need to be escalated to the Production Supervisor.
- Join Level 1 Q Circles by collecting technical and quality issues and sharing them with the right supervisor.
- Make sure everyone in your area knows and follows ABB’s values, safety, and integrity standards.
- Follow ABB’s Code of Conduct, tools, policies, and processes in your area.
- Promote teamwork and good relationships with everyone you work with.
- Keep communication strong with all people in your area and make sure everyone works together.
What you bring
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, ideally with some coordination work.
- Experience in the electrical or electronic field.
- Previous experience leading a team is a plus.
- Vocational school diploma or equivalent.
- Applications and CVs must be in English.
