Tasks
- Supervise shift team’s progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area.
- Provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations.
- Cooperate with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
- Help management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
- Reinforce focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Assist management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
- Serve as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Technician, or a related field.
- Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems and ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics.
- Proficiency in using electrical test equipment, including multimeters, wattmeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Previous experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of electrical/electronic systems.
- Knowledge of SAP as well as previous experience working with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
- Fluency in Italian.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
