In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. You will perform tasks using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology, and ensure proper documentation of test results. The work model for the role is onsite and contributes to the Electrification, Smart Buildings, Energy Distribution business in Schaffhausen.
Tasks
- Supporting in the planning and implementation of test plans.
- Identifying and suggesting solutions related to product non-conformities.
- Assisting external certification inspectors during testing activities for ABB or external customer products.
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or Techniker HF in electronical or electrical engineering.
- You have knowledge of instrumentation and electrical systems.
- You are qualified in executing buildup of set up and system of testing.
- You have a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluent German skills (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
