Your tasks
- Motivate, organize, and promote teamwork to reach productivity and KPI targets.
- Work with different teams, solve problems as they come up, and keep making processes better.
- Hold regular employee reviews and set individual development goals to help team members grow.
- Oversee and complete all transport processes, making sure everything is done properly, on time, and cost-effectively.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, production supply, or as a team leader or logistics specialist.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems (WM/LVS), including posting, inventory management, and system checks.
- Strong team player with a solution-focused mindset and good communication skills.
- Federal diploma as logistics specialist or similar is an advantage.
- Fluent in German (spoken and written); English is a plus.
- Clean criminal record.
