Tasks
- Perform and coordinate repair and maintenance activities on UPS systems and battery installations, including fault diagnosis, testing, and inspections.
- Manage and maintain loan equipment and UPS modules.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and availability of tools, equipment, and testing facilities.
- Assist with inventory and warehouse management, including the procurement of spare parts and consumable materials.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring reliable and cost-effective solutions for customers.
- Work in accordance with ABB policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality and reliability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and support the identification of new business opportunities.
- Operate within ABB's established processes and quality standards to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (Electrician, Electrical Installer, Electronics Technician, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with UPS systems, battery installations, and power electronics.
- Fluent German language skills; English and Italian proficiency is considered a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
