Join the global team "Product Development for Axial Turbochargers" and contribute to the design of robust turbochargers for demanding engine applications. Based in Baden, Switzerland, you will actively contribute to developing solutions that reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency in transport and marine industries. Tasks

  • Design (2D/3D) and product documentation for technologically advanced and robust turbocharger products
  • Participate in product development and change management processes with design tasks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Take design responsibility for individual tasks and project activities
  • Collaborate closely with product groups across the entire value chain in international and intercultural teams (project management, base development, procurement, manufacturing, and service)
  • Support first article and quality standard approvals of Asian cooperation partners
  • Contribute to the quality assurance process, including resolution of non-conformances

Requirements

  • Degree in mechanical design or engineering (MSc, BSc, Technician or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience in mechanical design, ideally with rotating machinery, turbomachinery, or engine components
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (preferably Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE)
  • Familiarity with modern ERP systems (ideally SAP)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and sense of ownership
  • Team-oriented, open-minded, and good communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
