Tasks
- Planning, implementation and management of IT consulting and software development projects across industries, particularly the management of fixed-price projects
- Responsible for timeline, quality, budget and management of project teams with several team members
- Dealing with customer representatives from all functional areas (business and IT)
- Interface function between business departments and IT
- Process analysis and optimization, requirements engineering and conceptual work at the customer’s site
- Preparation, moderation and evaluation of assessments and strategy workshops at the customer's site
- Advising customers on operating model transformation, process excellence and automation strategies to improve efficiency, compliance and customer experience (including Agentic AI and LLM)
- Support in account management as well as in acquisition and pre-sales activities
- Actively building a network with the customer and generating leads
Requirements
- At least 4 years of practical work experience in management of software projects or business analysis and conceptual work
- Degree in (business) informatics, economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
- Fluent in English and German (C1)
- Knowledge of AI-enabled process automation, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Generative AI use cases and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Practical knowledge and certifications in relevant agile project methods, test-management and Requirements Engineering
- Advanced knowledge in modeling and definition of processes (BPMN) – nice to have or to learn
- Certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP or Hermes Advanced, or willingness to obtain one
- Quick comprehension and solution-oriented thinking, ability to transfer abstract knowledge to different customer situations and industries
- Dynamic and eloquent appearance, enthusiasm and courage to change
- Confident use of AI tools in your field, critical evaluation of results, and ability to help clients and adessi leverage the potential of AI
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and within Switzerland, depending on project requirements
