Tasks

  • Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams on diverse and challenging client projects
  • Plan, design, and implement modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
  • Design and optimize processes and system architectures
  • Configure and integrate IAM components into client environments, including workflows, role models, web front-ends, Single Sign-On (SSO), provisioning solutions, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
  • Automate testing, builds, and deployment processes
  • Advise and support clients at different levels, from technical implementation to architecture and security strategy

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science (ETH/University of Applied Sciences/University)
  • Good knowledge of Linux and experience with complex integration projects
  • Product knowledge in the digital identity area (e.g., OneIdentity) and target system knowledge (Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, LDAP, etc.)
  • Experience with IAM concepts and standards (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, etc.) and accompanying topics such as Zero Trust
  • Communication skills, responsibility, service-oriented thinking, initiative and independence to ensure the success of our client projects
  • Very good command of German and English
  • For certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) (Personensicherheitsprüfung, PSP) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required. Willingness to undergo this clearance is essential.
