You will take responsibility for demanding programs and projects that create real impact—both technologically and from a business perspective.
Tasks
- Lead complex IT projects or programs in the financial services environment
- Manage budget, scope, and commercial aspects
- Build and maintain long-term stakeholder relationships up to C-level
- Advise clients on delivery, organizational, and transformation topics
- Identify risks and challenges early and manage them proactively
- Lead and develop international, cross-functional teams
- Ensure high delivery quality and transparent communication
- Identify and further develop business opportunities
- Contribute to proposal development and support contract negotiations
Requirements
- University degree (ETH, university, or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Additional training and certification in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is a plus
- Several years of experience leading complex IT projects and managing larger or multiple interconnected initiatives; experience in banking or insurance is an advantage
- Experience working with agile methodologies and a strong sense of what works in practice
- Proven expertise in client interaction as well as in sales and pre-sales activities (e.g., proposals or negotiations)
- Strong presence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders at eye level
- Strong entrepreneurial and consulting mindset
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a high quality standard
- Fluency in German and English; French is a plus
