Quality Assurance Associate - Digital Quality, Systems & AI Compliance

• Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, IT, Data Analytics, and Quality teams to support the governance, implementation, validation, and continuous improvement of digital platforms and business systems.
• Provide quality oversight for digital tools, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), customer support systems, document management systems, learning management systems, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and data integrity requirements.
• Support the responsible deployment and use of Artificial Intelligence technologies by conducting risk assessments, contributing to governance frameworks, developing best practices, and monitoring quality and compliance risks associated with AI-driven processes.
• Lead or support investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality events related to computerized systems and business processes, utilizing structured root cause analysis and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Support audit and inspection readiness activities, supplier qualification programs, and compliance monitoring while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, operational efficiency, and digital maturity.
