You make sure all company rules and procedures are followed and help teams work together. You handle training and keep track of qualifications for AMAC employees. You support the Director Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management with daily tasks.
Your tasks
- Work according to company procedures and handbooks (DO-Handbook, PO-Handbook, MOE, CAME, AMAC Specifications)
- Communicate with teams inside AMAC, like Engineering, CAMO, Maintenance, and Production
- Handle and organize all company trainings for employees (EASA Part 66 Modules, EASA Part 147 Type Trainings, Continuation Trainings, and other trainings as needed)
- Manage the Personnel Qualification System
- Support the Director Compliance Monitoring & Safety Management with administrative and organizational tasks
What you bring
- Several years of work in aviation
- Experience in quality assurance and/or trainings
- Holding or having held an Aircraft Maintenance Licence is a plus
- Knowledge of EASA Regulations Part 145, Part CAMO, and/or Part 21 Subpart G and related guidelines
- Very good English skills and good skills in a second language (French or German)
- Pro-active in daily tasks
- Can handle audit situations
