You make sure our high standards in aviation are met every day. You work closely with teams across the company and help keep all our processes safe and efficient. This role gives you the chance to grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment in the heart of Basel.
Your tasks
- Follow all company procedures and specifications
- Communicate clearly with the Quality Assurance Team, Maintenance, and Production
- Work with others during audits and help create audit checklists
- Review and update company documents like handbooks, process specifications, technical instructions, and forms
- Keep detailed records about quality status
- Prepare and lead internal training and briefings on procedures and technical topics
- Support with updating manuals and procedures
- Help Maintenance, Production, Design, and CAMO teams with licences and authorisations
- Act as Quality Inspector for Production, Maintenance, Design, and CAMO
- Serve as Internal Quality Auditor
- Support QA Managers with certificates and other administrative tasks
What you bring
- Several years of experience in aviation
- Active or previous Aircraft Maintenance Licence (preferred)
- Experience in quality assurance or inspection
- Auditing experience
- Strong knowledge of EASA Regulations (Part 145, Part M-CAMO, or Part 21 Subpart G-J)
- Ability to write manuals, procedures, technical instructions, and audit reports
