Your tasks
- Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities following approved data and supervisor instructions
- Make sure all work meets airworthiness standards, company rules, and VIP quality expectations
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off, tool control, and documentation requirements
- Manage the team's workload, set priorities, and ensure tasks are finished on schedule
- Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while keeping the highest quality standards
- Act as a technical reference for the team, support and mentor junior mechanics
- Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
- Read and use technical documents like task cards, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
- Handle aeronautical materials and tools correctly
- Keep the cabin work area clean and well organized
What you bring
- Mechanic and technical qualification, with experience in business VIP aviation
- At least 3 years of experience in cabin mechanics
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- Good English skills (able to read and understand technical documents); French or German is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Flexible and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
