Your tasks

  • Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities following approved data and supervisor instructions
  • Make sure all work meets airworthiness standards, company rules, and VIP quality expectations
  • Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off, tool control, and documentation requirements
  • Manage the team's workload, set priorities, and ensure tasks are finished on schedule
  • Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while keeping the highest quality standards
  • Act as a technical reference for the team, support and mentor junior mechanics
  • Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
  • Read and use technical documents like task cards, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
  • Handle aeronautical materials and tools correctly
  • Keep the cabin work area clean and well organized

What you bring

  • Mechanic and technical qualification, with experience in business VIP aviation
  • At least 3 years of experience in cabin mechanics
  • First leadership experience is an advantage
  • Good English skills (able to read and understand technical documents); French or German is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexible and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
