Tasks

  • Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations.
  • Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior mechanics.
  • Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements.
  • Interpret and apply technical documentation such as task cards, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals.
  • Ensure proper handling of aeronautical materials and optimal use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cabin work environment.

Requirements

  • Mechanic and technical qualification, experience in business VIP Aviation.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in cabin mechanics.
  • First leading experience would be an advantage.
  • Good English skills (to read and understand technical documentation); French or German would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
