Work in an owner-managed, young dynamic company with a hands-on mentality, taking on a multifaceted, challenging and responsible position within an exclusive environment at the hangar facilities at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg.

Tasks

  • Lead and coordinate completion and base maintenance, modification activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations.
  • Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Act as certifying staff to release aircraft into service and perform double inspections.
  • Ensure full compliance with Part-21 and Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling of aeronautical materials and optimal use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cabin work environment.

Requirements

  • Ability and flexibility to work and adapt in different environments.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and willingness to take initiative.
  • Awareness of highest standards in terms of quality, reliability and safety.
  • Valid EASA Part-66 Cat B1/C with type ratings in Airbus and Boeing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in base maintenance, including 4–5 years’ experience in Part-21 Certifying Staff.
  • Experience in a leader position would be of advantage.
  • Fluent in English; French or German would be an advantage.
