The Sales & Key Account Department, Modification Sales Team, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic assistant for a permanent, key role supporting the team’s success. You will handle administrative, coordination, and follow-up tasks, enabling Sales Engineers to focus on their technical and commercial work. This role requires autonomy, initiative, and a supportive attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Tasks

  • Own administrative and coordination tasks to enable Sales Engineers to focus on their core work
  • Draft commercial offers and related customer documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Support the creation of customer technical and commercial presentations with high-end, professional graphic finishing (PowerPoint expert)
  • Provide clear schedule information to customers regarding quotes, including prioritization and Gantt chart insights
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate, consistent, and timely entries
  • Prepare reports and KPIs to support team decision-making
  • Track deadlines, backlog, and key actions, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support Sales Engineers in gathering information directly from customers as needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Propose process improvements and implement best practices
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team environment, helping colleagues stay motivated and effective

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools, scheduling, and task prioritization
  • Highly autonomous and proactive, able to take initiative and anticipate team needs
  • Positive, empathetic, and supportive, helping the team stay motivated, focused, and efficient
  • Trusted, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with international stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the administrative/support function
  • Interest in the aviation world
