Join a dynamic aviation team where you help keep operations running smoothly by managing purchase requests, sourcing aircraft parts, and supporting vital workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Your tasks
- Create, process, and manage purchase requests and different order types in AMOS
- Support sourcing of aircraft parts, consumables, tooling, and repair or overhaul services
- Request and review supplier quotes, making sure they follow approved vendor lists, delivery dates, and certification requirements
- Track deliveries, follow up on orders, and help handle AOG and urgent orders
- Enter and update purchasing and supply data in AMOS, including pricing, lead times, shipping, INCOTERM, and supplier records
- Check and upload needed documents for compliance and traceability, like EASA Form 1, FAA 8130‑3, and Certificates of Conformity
- Work with Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Logistics for smooth operations
- Help track supplier performance and join procurement improvement projects
What you bring
- Vocational training or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Aviation Management, or a related field
- Experience in purchasing or supply chain; aviation logistics or MRO experience is a plus
- AMOS ERP user-level experience is highly desired; training experience is also valuable
- Basic knowledge of aircraft parts, ATA chapters, and MRO processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail when handling technical and compliance documents
- Good spoken and written English skills
- Strong skills with MS Office tools, especially Excel
- English, French, and German language skills are an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
- Well organized and able to handle multiple projects, even during stressful periods
