We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Senior Data Architect to drive the evolution of our enterprise data platform. In this key role, you will enable data-driven decision-making, ensure data integrity and security, and support the digital transformation of the organization. You bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex initiatives into tangible business outcomes.

Tasks

  • Architect and evolve enterprise-wide data platforms using Snowflake, SAP BDC, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks for operational and analytical needs.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to align the data model and security framework with business applications and ownership.
  • Lead data governance activities (metadata, data quality, compliance, privacy).
  • Drive hands-on execution of data architecture initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Mentor data engineering and analytics teams and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into robust technical solutions.
  • Stay current on cloud data trends, AI/ML integration, and data-security best practices.
  • Take ownership of platform-wide initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, semantic models, ETL/ELT, integration, and data security.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong execution focus with a track record of delivering complex data projects on time.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • ITIL certification required; Snowflake or SAP certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
