We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor specializing in luxury brands such as MAC, La Mer, Guerlain and Dior to join our team at Zurich Airport. You will provide personalized beauty consultations, exceptional customer service, and promote our exclusive range of luxury beauty products to international customers.
Aufgaben
- Provide personalized beauty consultations for customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Promote and sell an exclusive range of luxury beauty products.
- Assist international customers during their shopping experience with a fresh and welcoming approach.
- Engage confidently, professionally and competently with customers.
Anforderungen
- Speak fluent English and German.
- Have at least 2 years work experience in perfume & cosmetics retail or have worked in the cosmetic industry as a beauty expert/advisor before.
- Ideally have a completed apprenticeship in the field of cosmetics and/or a completed apprenticeship in the cosmetics & perfume retail sector.
- Have previous experience with cash registers.
- Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 5:00 – 23:00), including weekends and public holidays.
- Are reliable, positive team players in a fast-paced and multi-national environment.
- Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Switzerland or hold the relevant work permit.
