As a Sales Consultant, you represent Swarovski with passion, style, and a deep appreciation for the brand heritage, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for international customers.
Tasks
- Deliver annual performance results and increase sales revenue.
- Execute and support marketing initiatives.
- Handle day-to-day retail operations including backroom organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure a smooth and timely supply chain flow.
- Implement the brand’s visual merchandise guidelines and communicate reports monthly.
- Plan, prepare and facilitate Sales staff’s training.
- Lead the induction of new employees.
- Deliver product and customer service trainings (supported by materials from the brand).
- Attend the brand’s product, visual merchandise and new launch training.
Requirements
- A positive role model who leads by example and is able to mentor staff.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Attention to detail and good analytical & numerical skills.
- Professional in time management & problem-solving situations.
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and high proficiency in German.
- Confident in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland or hold a valid Swiss work permit.
