We are looking for a dedicated leader to manage one of our most exclusive boutiques and represent the world of BVLGARI in the unique airport setting. As Store Manager, you will play a key role in developing your team, boosting sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, always in line with BVLGARI’s values and commitment to excellence.

Tasks

  • Maximize the development of the boutique in the airport environment through excellent management of store operations, respect of brand image, achievement of sales objectives, and management of a team of Client Advisors and Brand Ambassador.
  • Drive and support the Sales team as a coach and deliver exceptional service to clients, embodying Bulgari Maison’s values.
  • Contribute to the selection and recruitment of high-performing profiles.
  • Coach and develop team competencies by observing, leading by example, and giving constant feedback on the field.
  • Motivate and energize the team, celebrate achievements, and share best practices.
  • Communicate clear and precise objectives and KPIs, sharing results and feedback.
  • Organize team planning according to business needs and show flexibility in covering shifts as needed.
  • Increase team awareness of market trends and airport development.
  • Consolidate training needs and follow up on completion of e-learning modules, ensuring the team’s expertise in product knowledge, storytelling, and selling skills.
  • Proactively recruit new clients and prospects, and challenge the team accordingly.
  • Address client concerns in a timely manner, in line with brand standards.
  • Lead the team to foster a clienteling approach and mindset in every interaction, and follow the achievement of CRM KPIs and objectives.
  • Manage the boutique to achieve sales and service KPIs.
  • Spend most of the time on the shop floor with client advisors and clients to understand the business, coach, and support the team.
  • Oversee boutique maintenance, follow up on assortments, visual merchandising, and ensure respect of uniforms and grooming standards.
  • Follow up on store stocks and ordering process.
  • Maintain profound knowledge of the PAX, airport news, and competition.
  • Provide performance explanation and weekly reporting.
  • Proactively propose improvements and new ideas to improve results and generate sales across all categories.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of store procedures and processes.
  • Expertise in a similar managerial position in a high-end luxury retail sales environment.
  • Expertise in retail store operations.
  • Knowledge of digital processes (CRM purpose) and mastery of the pack office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of the luxury business.
  • Extensive product knowledge of luxury brands, jewelry, watches, and accessories products.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Driving and leading by example.
