Aufgaben
- You provide professional and personalized advice to international customers.
- You present and sell premium sunglasses and accessories from leading international brands.
- You actively approach customers and identify their individual needs and preferences.
- You build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- You ensure that every customer receives a premium shopping experience.
- You act as a brand ambassador for Sun'catcher and our premium eyewear portfolio.
- You maintain and present the sales floor according to store standards.
- You ensure an attractive presentation of our product assortment.
- You support merchandise management, stock counts, replenishment, and inventory organization.
Anforderungen
- Experience in fashion retail, premium retail, luxury retail, optics, or high-end hospitality is an advantage.
- You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with international customers.
- You have an interest in fashion, lifestyle, and premium brands.
- You have a polished appearance and communicate confidently.
- You are a team player with motivation, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts during operating hours from 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Availability for early shifts starting at 06:00 a.m. is essential.
- Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the regular work schedule.
