- You provide professional and personalized advice to international customers.
- You present and sell premium pre-loved luxury items and exclusive accessories.
- You build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
- You ensure that every store visit becomes a memorable experience.
- You maintain and present the sales floor according to store standards.
- You support merchandise management, stock counts, and inventory organization.
Anforderungen
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality is an advantage.
- You are service-oriented and enjoy interacting with international customers.
- You have a polished appearance and communicate confidently.
- You are a team player with motivation, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts during operating hours: 06:00 a.m. – 10:15 p.m.
- Availability for early shifts starting at 06:00 a.m. is essential.
- Weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the regular work schedule.
