Tasks
- Develop and execute category-specific procurement strategies for IT, including SaaS, Cloud, hardware, and cybersecurity.
- Conduct supplier analysis, market research, and manage supplier selection processes.
- Negotiate contracts and foster strong supplier relationships.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage sourcing projects aligned with category goals.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management practices, and supplier performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on value creation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
