Tasks

  • Take technical ownership of Real Estate and Facility Management software platforms: ensure smooth operation, administration, and continuous optimization.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of SaaS and on-premises applications, from evaluation and installation to upgrades and release planning.
  • Design and implement technical solutions and integrations with other IT systems (e.g., HR, Finance, Building Automation), including hands-on work with interfaces (authentication, user provisioning) and data pipelines (APIs, ETL).
  • Monitor application performance, availability, and security; proactively address issues and implement improvements.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues hands-on; coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for 3rd-level support.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and knowledge base.
  • Collaborate closely with business units on change requests and digitalization projects, managing demand with business and IT management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience (must-have).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical application management for SaaS and on-premises applications, including lifecycle management (must-have).
  • Technical skills in solution design, integration concepts (APIs, middleware), user authentication and provisioning methods, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system configuration (must-have).
  • Strong analytical, hands-on troubleshooting, and communication skills (must-have).
  • Fluent in German and English.
