The Junior Product Manager Neuroimmunology will support the Neuroimmunology portfolio, ensuring sustainable growth of the existing business while preparing the successful launch of next-generation Neuroimmunology products and automation solutions.

Tasks

  • Support the global Neuroimmunology portfolio to ensure sustainable growth of the existing base business
  • Drive the preparation and successful execution of product launches for next-generation Neuroimmunology products and automation solutions
  • Identify new market opportunities and translate scientific insights into tangible business value
  • Participate in international product launches, distributor management, and account management activities
  • Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyse scientific literature and interpret diagnostic data to optimize product positioning and market understanding
  • Present scientific and commercial content and communicate confidently with customers and senior physicians
  • Travel internationally, starting with an initial expectation of 10%, which will increase over time

Requirements

  • Master of Science (MSc) in Biology, Immunology, Neuroscience, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or a related field; a PhD is preferred
  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, or medical devices industry
  • Strong technical knowledge in immunology, data interpretation, and scientific literature analysis
  • Prior exposure to neuroimmunology, autoimmune diseases, peripheral neuropathies, ELISA technology, or diagnostic market structures
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional team environments
  • Initial experience or exposure in product management, international markets, distributor management, or the IVDR regulatory framework
  • Combine commercial curiosity with customer-oriented thinking and an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communicator, strong presenter, and collaborative relationship builder
  • Self-starter personality, international mindset, high resilience, and continuous willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
