In this role, you focus on building and growing customer relationships in Italy and play a key part in our commercial leadership team.
Your tasks
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing customers in Italy.
- Find and consult new customers in your sales region.
- Visit end customers directly and keep contact with key opinion leaders in Italy.
- Support customers with product questions and handle complaints.
- Take part in trade fairs and congresses as an exhibitor or visitor.
- Carry out marketing plans and action steps for core and new products.
- Develop and implement market analyses and strategies.
- Support clinical studies for products already on the market.
- Help monitor beta sites for new products.
- Work together with teams in Global Marketing, Corporate Sales, and Development on strategy and product development.
What you bring
- Scientific education in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology (FH), MTLA training, or similar.
- Several years of experience as a sales representative.
- Experience in marketing, sales, and products for in vitro diagnostics.
- Experience in immunology is a plus.
- You work independently, are service-oriented, and communicate well.
- Good IT skills (MS Office package).
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license.
