In this project-based role, you lead manufacturing and supply chain process design for a global ERP transformation, focusing on aligning site-specific needs with global standards. You play a key part in shaping the digital future of a leading biopharma company, working in a highly regulated environment and making a real impact on health outcomes.

• Define future manufacturing and supply chain processes in line with global templates, ensuring integration across production, planning, quality, and other processes.
• Represent shop-floor and regulatory needs in ERP and solution design, validating flows like batch management, formulas, yields, equipment constraints, and maintenance integration.
• Ensure manufacturing execution and supply chain planning align, covering demand, capacity, scheduling, inventory, and material availability for end-to-end visibility.
• Embed compliance needs such as GMP/GxP, validation, and SOPs into process design, including lot disposition and LIMS integration.
• Define and manage manufacturing master data and support site readiness activities like cutover and go-live, acting as key user for supply chain and production systems.
• Drive change by creating clear instructions, leading training, and establishing a strong Super User network to ensure adoption across sites.
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain leadership, planning, logistics, master data teams, Global Process Owners, Process Managers, and ERP partners.
