Tasks
- Lead the MSc Resilient Cities and Communities programme and take responsibility for its development, organisation, and operation.
- Develop the programme's content, teaching methods, curriculum, quality assurance, resource planning, and financial management.
- Promote interdisciplinary and interdepartmental collaboration with experts in teaching and research, ensuring the transfer of knowledge between teaching, research, and practice.
- Represent the programme on internal and external committees and bodies.
- Lecture in Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in the field of Resilient Cities and Communities.
Requirements
- A university degree in a relevant discipline.
- Extensive practical experience in urban development and planning or related fields, ideally in a managerial role.
- Recognised expert with a strong professional network within the sector.
- Teaching and leadership experience in a university setting.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, and German or French as a second language.
- Research experience desirable.
