As part of a small and ambitious team, you will help shape a newly established cross-commodity options trading unit. You will operate in a dynamic, performance-driven environment that values ownership, agility, and collaborative thinking.
Tasks
- Execute volatility and skew trades across global energy markets with a sharp focus on risk and reward.
- Continuously analyse market conditions and translate them into effective, high-conviction trading strategies.
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop innovative tools that support confident and fast decision-making.
- Drive the evolution of trading infrastructure, tools, and processes.
Requirements
- A university degree combined with a solid understanding of options and volatility trading.
- Minimum of 3+ years of option trading experience; experience in commodity/energy options is an advantage but not required.
- Proactive and performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Analytical thinking, fast decision-making, and composure under pressure.
- Quantitative skills and ideally coding experience in Python or a similar language.
- Fluent English communication; other languages such as German or French are an advantage.
