As a leading Swiss company in the cable industry, we have built an excellent reputation worldwide with high-quality high-voltage cable accessories and cable system solutions for energy transmission. Our products are used in critical infrastructure projects around the globe. Working closely with utilities, EPC contractors and cable manufacturers, we contribute to the reliable transmission of electrical energy. To strengthen our Project Management Team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager RoW, 100% based in Switzerland with approximately 10% travel.

Tasks

  • Lead qualification and testing projects from initiation through final approval and project closure for high voltage cables and accessories
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk analysis and resource plans
  • Define project milestones and monitor project performance against agreed targets and schedules
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project objectives
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the project duration
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Testing Departments
  • Monitor and report project finances

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business Engineering
  • Experienced Project Manager, ideally in middle and high voltage cable business
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very good communication
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German and English
  • Willingness to travel
