Junior District Manager Intimissimi French Cantons

To expand our Intimissimi team in the French part of Switzerland, mainly in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a flexible and dynamic Junior District Manager (100%).

• Focus on achieving revenue targets for allocated locations.
• Conduct continuous sales and product analysis to identify and use positive trends or to stop and invert negative trends.
• Quick and effective problem solving.
• Hold disciplinary responsibility for store managers and sales staff of allocated shops.
• Provide cooperative and exemplary leadership and motivate employees.
• Act as first trainer for staff and store managers to achieve positive development, especially in active sales.
• Select application documents and conduct interviews for sales staff and store manager recruitment.
• Adapt VM concepts from company headquarters to the spatial conditions and sales priorities of individual stores.
• Communicate weekly layout plans to store managers, support and control implementation, and ensure advertising measures at the store.
• Give guidelines and suggestions to store managers to adjust desired stock levels based on sales statistics.
• Maintain daily presence in shops and direct contact with customers and staff.
• Act as first contact person with the Swiss HQ departments.
