At Capgemini Engineering, you will join a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects supporting innovative companies in unleashing their potential. As a Senior Client Partner – Industry, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of key industrial customers, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders and guiding clients through complex innovation journeys.

Tasks

  • Act as the strategic partner to client CxOs, advising them on digital transformation, IT/OT integration, and next-generation industrial solutions.
  • Drive account strategy and growth, managing executive relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate international Capgemini teams across engineering, digital, cloud, consulting, and industry practices to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery.
  • Lead and animate key client engagements, including Tech Days, innovation workshops, and strategic steering committees.
  • Shape and articulate transformation roadmaps covering PLM, Digital Twin, cloud-enabled industrial platforms, and data-driven operations.
  • Ensure excellence in delivery, managing commitments, monitoring progress, and aligning deliverables with client expectations and contractual agreements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry challenges, and technology landscape to anticipate needs and propose relevant solutions.
  • Represent Capgemini Engineering as a thought leader, positioning capabilities in the Swiss and European industrial ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of client-facing experience in consulting, engineering services, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong experience engaging with C-level executives, with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of industrial processes, including IT/OT convergence, manufacturing digitalization, and enterprise systems.
  • Proven expertise in PLM, Digital Twin, or industrial digital platforms (cloud manufacturing, model-based engineering, data platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent coordination skills, able to lead and mobilize large, international, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities, particularly in leading workshops, steering committees, and strategic reviews.
  • Business-driven mindset, with a track record of managing accounts, growing pipelines, and driving client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English and German.
