Tasks

  • Design SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions and deliver high-impact proposals.
  • Work closely with the Capgemini Switzerland Practice and business development team to expand Capgemini's footprint in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud space.
  • Align with the Capgemini SAP CoE to understand tools, accelerators, methodology, client case studies, and offerings.
  • Continuously upgrade your skills and knowledge to work on new business opportunities.
  • Play the role of presales solution architect in creating solutions and obtaining internal approvals with the help of other team members.
  • Responsible for delivering high-quality final proposals to clients.

Requirements

  • SAP experience of around 10 years.
  • Presales solution architect experience of 3+ years.
  • Ideally certified in project management, enterprise architecture, functional or technical domains.
  • Delivery experience of more than 3 years, including project manager for 2+ full life cycle greenfield implementations, with at least one SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project.
  • Experience in front-ending end clients for presentations, workshops, and commercial negotiations.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation and other tools.
  • Use of GEN AI to increase productivity and suggest business automation and benefits to clients.
  • Experience and knowledge in using tools, accelerators, and methodology for both agile and waterfall.
  • Fluent German is required.
