Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice in Switzerland partners with leading Swiss and international companies to reimagine HR operating models, implement advanced HR technology solutions, and build future-ready organizations. The team delivers transformational outcomes across strategy, technology, and organizational change, helping clients navigate the evolving world of work and unlock workforce potential.

Tasks

  • Support the design, configuration, and deployment of leading HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their HR challenges and translate them into effective technology and process solutions.
  • Develop strong partnerships with client stakeholders, earning their trust through expertise, professionalism, and commitment to their success.
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants, functional experts, and technical specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Grow your knowledge of HR technology, best practices, and industry trends while building a strong foundation for your consulting career.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and innovation in HR transformation, helping clients navigate the evolving workplace landscape.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background, ideally a Master’s degree or MBA from a reputable institution, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Understanding of HR processes, systems, and organizational dynamics.
  • Strong interest in and understanding of HR information systems, data management, and technology-enabled HR transformation.
  • First experience or exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or similar.
  • Genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering value; ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality client service and contributing to team success.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as French is an advantage.
  • Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Human Capital or HR Technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
