Tasks
- Apply your knowledge of client needs and industries to identify relevant cyber risks and develop tailored strategies to navigate them.
- Take a leading role in supporting clients' large-scale transformational projects, applying security expertise, project management experience and social skills.
- Apply innovative thinking to define cost-effective cyber strategies and implementation recommendations by leveraging your experience, market knowledge and our international network of cybersecurity experts.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary and varied set of team members, client stakeholders and service providers from across the globe.
- Actively create and manage lasting relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, building on trust as the foundation for business success.
Requirements
- You are a proactive and entrepreneurial professional who takes ownership, thrives on challenges, and stays abreast of cyber security trends and market developments.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory, with a strong technical background in cyber strategy and risk management consulting, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale cyber security projects in both subject matter expert and team leadership roles.
- You have strong interpersonal and business development skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and lead teams in an advisory environment.
- You are an experienced Manager, ideally with prior consulting experience in a Big Four or equivalent environment, and bring a strong understanding of the Romandie market.
- You are based in the Romandie region, speak French and English fluently, and ideally have an established local professional network.
- Certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, or CISM are considered an advantage.
